Thanks Brad! Wouldn't THAT BE cool?? Hah hah
We are doing fine up here in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Our county is divided into Eastern and Western. The majority of cases, 22 out of 31, are in Truckee (Eastern) where a lot of San Francisco Bay Area folks have second homes. (Close to Lake Tahoe)
My wishes for health and safety for all our members. |

This would be a great postcard for the Zoo! Have you offered it to them?
I love what you did with it. Really enjoy the "painterly" look and the bright color!
Kudos! |

Henry, this is beautiful. I don't have any suggestions and think there's nothing to change.
The colors are beautiful. The composition really nice with the leading line of the windmills. The reflection of the water is lovely.
IF you want to play further, which as I said is not needed, you could take it into Topaz Impressions and play with brush strokes to make it more like a painting. But again.. lovely as it is.

Brad, I always like your thought process when you put a composite together.
I agree that this is a very good start and that it needs more. I like the grain and the moody feeling.
What other symbol means "Dark Times" for you?
Perhaps the egret flying into a storm? Just a thought... Let's see more. |

I can see that you're having a good time here Brad! Congrats for purchasing Topaz. I think you know that I use it in almost every photo I composite... if nothing else but to give a "finishing texture" to bring the picture together.
I love the colors and the stacking you did to bring it together.

A powerful message and flawless execution! It's an intriguing story that beckons me to fill in the fantasy.
My only disappointment is that I can't enlarge it to enjoy looking at it closer. (a limitation of the upload capacity) |

There are lots of great ideas in your artwork Betty! It's clear that each element means a lot to you. That's what makes this so personal and so fun!

This is such a fun concept and great execution Peggy! It's clear you put a lot of thought into placing the shadows just right and giving a convincing impression of it being upside down.
Thanks for the warm welcome to the group! I appreciate all the feedback I'm reading and look forward to participating. |
