Interesting view! I like both for different reasons. I really like the detail and color of the original. And I also like the graphic which gives it an almost flower like impression. |

I agree with Lisa about the "floating head" and don't think you need him in this photo.
I also would like to see the original just for comparison.

I REALLY like this and can see it printed on a large canvas in a building somewhere.
I love the little line bleeding out of the bottom of the picture.
I encourage you to keep exploring this style! |

Great photo and nice discussion. There are so many ways to do things.
What software do you use to process? LR or PS? You mentioned blend modes...
I use Topaz also but if this is a time to save money there are ways to do this in LR/PS. |

My favorite is Original No. 2. I like the shape and flow of the vase and the flower. To me, they complement each other. And with a little imagination, it looks like a bowing person with flowing hair.
