Love your creativity!! How fun is this!
I agree with Brad about blurring/darkening the elements (and see that you agree) Sometimes I have to post and THEN see things I want to change.
Just for fun, I'd add some flames to your cats eyes to tie the theme together. |

Henry,
I really like your new interpretation for a fall picture.
Any suggestion I have would have to be based on what you want to do with this. Is it a background graphic for a greeting card? A stand alone impression depiction of FALL?
The yellow leaves in the middle are very bright. I'd like to see them toned down and masked a bit for more definition. Just a personal preference. |

Yes, Henry, the original is a single capture and untouched. She had ALL those hula hoops around her...😳 amazing! |

Fun concept and nice composite.
I'd like to know more about your choices ( you had so many)
I like the color in the Milky Way shot and wonder about your choice to desaturate the sky in your finished photo. |

Lovely composition and treatment... reminds me of a Georgia O'Keeffe. |

I agree with Cyril's comments.
One of the things I like about your original is the pathway being a leading line to take us into the forest. When you made the tree trunks more prominent, you diminished the path (and also by making the path a muted color instead of the original contrasting color) and gave us many lines all competing for attention.
Perhaps if you decide on where you'd like our eyes to focus and then work out from there with your "fall" concept, it would be a more cohesive picture.

I agree with Cyril. Lovely job editing to best bits of the original photo. Then softening the back horse really brought my eye back into the main event.

What a rich environment to take photos!
Nice work!
You had some difficult elements to deal with here and it mostly succeeded.
The man's head that you changed out on the far left just doesn't quite fit yet. I like the addition of the standing man with feathers but would like to see the area over his right shoulder completely blurred rather than show people walking.
Usually, I love it when people wear red. In this case my eye is pulled by the stronger red color of the mans t-shirt.
All these are easy fixes because it's a strong original capture. |

Wow, eye popping color! Love Venice Carnivale photos and you clearly captured the spirit of the event.
You did a nice job softening the harsh bright light of the original. |
