Hi Geoff,
Not an interesting bird for you, but I would LOVE to see one in the wild here!
Personally, I would have liked a little bit more room on the right and top. No other suggestion - lovely done. |

Lovely! This is probably your best submission ever. It looks like this male Cardinal is a magician that just made this tree trunk and flowers appear out of nowhere. A keeper! |

Better and better Jacob.
As with any image, the selection of the subject and the background are crucial. In this case, I would have probably moved a bit to the left, removing the twigs above the flower.
Great focus on the flower.

Just beautiful. This is the first time I saw this preening perspective with the "vail" effect - Shy egret?! |

Thank you all for all these nice comments. I would have loved to catch these loons a month earlier when the chicks are riding on the back of their parents. Unfortunately, the month of May was very warm in Algonquin Park (Ontario, Canada) and they hatched a good month earlier than usual.
Will try again next year!
p.s.: Sorry about the watermark - I forgot to remove it! |

Great capture. Loons are so cool!
I like your cropped version better than the original.
I like also the B/W version.
I like it. |

Wow... Great image. I personally like both images but I totally agree that the B/W version has a much less distracting background. All 3 Capuchins have very distinctive expressions. The B/W version is also helping in toning down the brightest of their faces seen on the color version.
This is a keeper! |

Hi Kirk,
Starting with PSA DD 70 with a wonderful image. Very nice composition and backlight effects. Full of movements in the sky in contrast to the perfectly still shacks.
I am not sure that there are many differences between the second image and the final product - both are lovely. |

Fantastic stitching and image. I would have liked to see a bit more sky above the peaks.
Did you use your camera horizontally or vertically?
I personally like to keep my camera vertical to increase the height of the image, especially due to the needed cropping once the stitching is done. |

Hi Geoff,
I love it. I saw multiple versions of the Taj but none with such a nice window. You were able to put your vision/personal touch on a famous landmark.
Great work! |

Nice work Terina! Wonderful capture. Very moody while preserving a sense of motion.
Certainly a keeper.

Thanks for all these nice comments. I would have liked to post all 5 images but we are limited to a total of 3! Maybe next time I would put the 2nd and 4th images as they were more colorful.
p.s.: Sorry about the watermark.... I totally forgot to remove it! |

Hi Kate,
I like it. I agree with Kirk that a distant landmark (mountain, big rock, a person) would have made this image more powerful, producing more of a 3D effect (even better with someone close and someone distant).
Well done.
