I would crop a little more on the left side. |

Great image. I agree with all the previous comments. There is certainly nothing wrong with selecting 1/2000 sec, especially when the light is good, but considering that this bird was gliding - and depending on your equipment, lens/sensor stabilization - 1/500 could have been fine too. Your Great Egret is sharp throughout from the tip of the left to the tip of the right wing, even with f/8. I would have probably used a slightly higher f-stop to be on the safe side.
Nicely done. |

Beautiful image. I agree with a little bit more cropping on the left side so the spoonbill is not dead center. Yes, this is a bird on a stick image but it is keeping the bird in its environment, beautifully captured with all the sharpness and the accuracy of colors. Nicely muted background.
Excellent! |

Nice image. Personally, from the initial image, I would have cropped a little on the left side but not on the other edges, and then, I would have blurred/darken the background to leave a little more room for your main subject. This is obviously subjective as anything artistic.

Very nice B/W. Nice lines - moody/mysterious feel - great range of gray levels. This time, I like the B/W version better - more powerful.
Great. |

Wonderful sibling interaction. Well caught - sharp - nice light on the eyes - good non-obtrusive background. Nicely done.

Completely understandable!
Some camera have a «Â variable angle screen » that allows one to hold the camera at the waist level (using live view mode)…. Can be handy occasionally! |

Very nice. Very artistic. I agree with Judy.
Nice treatment. I really liked that you got rid of distracting people by keeping them in the dark! |

Hi Judy,
Nice use of the tree as a window. My only suggestion would be to take the same image but being a little lower - this would help to see the tip of the beach and shore on the right side and give a bit more space to the sky.
Nice combination of colors and textures. |

Hi Kathryn,
Nicely done. I would also crop the bottom a little, but I love the guiding lines. I am not sure about the tree as it takes a lot of space... Maybe getting a little closer to the fence and to the right would have helped. |

Simply wonderful. Everything is lovely: depth of field, directing lines, tones, mood, clouds, snow-covered mountain tips, a lake.... wow...
I agree with Frans that the horizon looked a little slanted. I am not 100% sure about the bird. Although the bird is fairly sharp, I find it distracting and not really adding anything to this gorgeous sunrise. |

Very nice composition. The clouds are following the horizontal lines of the foreground and background and also providing a nice light diffuser.
I am not sure if the lower definition required by PSA or a slight wind is decreasing the sharpness of the fringe oats. Maybe a higher shutter speed and/or focus stacking would have help.

This is such a crazy coincidence. I took that image on May 31st 2021!
I also like Judy's modification. |
