Very nicely captured. I was just wondering if you could decrease the shadow on the right side if its face. Nice eye contact. Tack sharp. Composition is a matter of taste. I like both versions. More important to me is the eye contact! |

I love these Limpkins, although they are quite noisy! It is quite a challenge to take picts in a Kayak! I would have increased the shutter speed even more... always a compromise as one needs to decrease the f stop or increase the ISO.
Image stabilization really helps. I know that the Canon 7D ii body does not have stabilization - is the Lens providing you any stabilization?
p.s.: On the Micro 4/3 (Panasonic Lumix and Olympus) have a "body" image stabilization that works in conjunction with the lens stabilization. Depending of the combination, one can achieve 6.5 stops of stabilization! I know that other mirrorless camera are also providing with camera body stabilization. |

Simply fantastic capture. I agree with all the previous comments. Yes, the Little Blue Heron chicks are white and can be distinguished from the White morph of the Great Blue Heron by the color of their legs! This one looks older and started to have a blue tint to his wings. |

Very nice capture and creation. I might be temped to increase the brightness overall. Beautiful feathers. I am not sure that I would call this an Egret "French Kiss"... most likely the presumed Male (left) was bringing a delicacy to his mate!
Always looking forward to see your work! |

Beautifully done. Focus stacking is the way to go to keep everything sharp in macrophotography without increasing the f stop. It is nice to see that the flowers are all at a different angle and at different degree of maturation. I like the small spider!
Did you use a wind shield or was it a very calm day? |

Very hungry, tack sharp and properly exposed caterpillar. I agree with the previous comments.
Thanks for saving these beautiful creatures. |
