67 Oct 17 Comment J'aime bien.

69 Oct 17 Comment I like it and agree with the above comments. Although flowers are not normally far away and pretty stable, they are not easy to photograph. When there is a cluster, it is always difficult to know how much to crop without cutting off one of them. To have less dept of field can help in this matter. Nice work. Oct 31st
69 Oct 17 Comment My vote is also for the color one but the B/W is also nice (especially the modification by Candy).
Nice!

69 Oct 17 Comment I was in Benezette a few weeks ago and did not see any Elk!
Very nice capture. Nice focus and hazy background. I would have been nice to have the face rather than the rear end of the offspring and your settings.

69 Oct 17 Comment Very nice. Soothing/calming colors. I presumed that you used a neutral density filter to slow down your shutter speed. It would be nice to see your settings (ASO, f stop, speed, neutral density # of stops). Oct 31st
69 Oct 17 Comment Very nice. I agree with the comments above. Nice use of a wide angle lens. Nice composition. Good work. Oct 31st
69 Oct 17 Comment Great capture - Bonus: snail on the menu. The call of this bird is quite noisy. I observed one in Florida last March that was getting in the nest of a Black Crowned Night Heron as well as his eviction from the nest, even though these are much bigger than that type of Heron.
Very nicely done.

70 Oct 17 Comment Nice and moody feeling with the mix of colors and the distant haze. I like it. Nice work. Oct 31st
70 Oct 17 Comment This is how it feels on the beach. It looks a little grainy to me. What was your shutter speed and ASO? Part of this could be the reduction of data points to respect the 1 mb file limit.
I wonder if a little bit of dehazing would help?
Nice.

70 Oct 17 Reply Thanks. I will take a class soon on this topic.

70 Oct 17 Comment I really like it. Nice foreground and beautiful composite.
As mentioned in my Milky Way trial, my white balance was off. Can you comment on how you processed your color adjustment?
Oct 9th
70 Oct 17 Comment Looking at the photography of the Milky Way by Kathryn, I realized that my white balance was off. In the photography above, I kept as "automatic white Balance".
I tried to play with this parameter and this is the photography that I came with.
I would love a discussion on How to White Balance Milky way captures.
