I agree with the others, particularly the additions of cap and goggles. A baby walking on the water's bottom. The anchor looks imposed rather than tattooed. Maybe if it was placed at the top of the cap? |

Welcome, Carl. A god start too. The filter emphasises the plastic nature well, and adds a real boost to the colour. I wonder if it would benefit from a trim top and right to isolate the toys from the background. |

I agree with the above. The quality of image pasting is good, but the background is busy and distracting. Selecting the background before the paste, blurring all but the "Joker" and emphasise the clown listening to a balloon and pointing to the . |

Very nice pattern of butterfly motifs with the strong diagonal divide of black and white. The central butterfly reflects the divide. The other butterfly repeats might benefit from variants complimenting the divide. |

It is very nice use of filters. The level of creativity is discrete, but adds a lot to the original. I am not so sure about the lightening as some detail in the lace pattern is difficult to see. My worry is with the bottom leaf. Is is a little dark to be easily noticed. If it was a little lighter it would add to the interest, breaking up the focus on the basket and contents and a counterpoint to the leaves in the basket. |

It works very well as a creative that adds to the original action shot. The radial wave filter, with the zigzag effect it causes a real live action effect, like lightning centred on the bike(r). The colour adds to, like a blue lightning. |

Thanks, Mike. since my start with PS 7 I never have much use for PS except the poster edges filter. I have Affinity Photo on the Mac. here in the Philippines, and it has an excellent Haze Removal filter for creative effects, and the panorama maker is the best I know of. It also has the Serif sister, Affinity Designer, for the creative.
