I just realized I had never commented on this image. It may have been because I was just blown away by it and did not really know what to say. You do such good work that it is intimidating to those of us who still have so much to learn. |

Our competition topic was "selective focus" and the judge did not think the flower poppped out enough and I think she said something about the insect and one of the petals. All in all she was a good judge and there were some spectacular images so I was not upset or surprised. What did surprise me was that she liked my other image better and I thought that one was drab. As you said, you never know what a judge will like or dislike. |

Thanks! That may have made it do better in the club competition. The judge found several things wrong with it. |

If you go to the PSA website and click on Competitions and Exhibitions, you can find where to enter them and the rules for them. |

I definitely like the edited version (the one on the right) best. The other one is just too blurry. However, how did you turn that blurry bus into the better one on the right?
Or, am I really confused? |

I love this - the colors, the arrangement of the glass objects. I can't find anything wrong with it and just wish I was able to arrange things as well as you did in this situation. |

I really like what you did with the colors! At first I thought the heads were not tack sharp. I'm still not sure they are but it doesn't matter. It's a great shot. |

This is absolutely amazing and all I could look at was the bird so the background did not bother me at all. I've never had such a good look at a hummingbird.
You could not enter this into a PSA Nature Category without it being thrown out or scored very low.
But, you can enjoy this shot forever. |

Thanks! Now I'll see if my husband can find the line you are talking about because I can't see it. However, in looking for if I saw other things that need to be fixed too. That's what I get for hurrying. |
