My first thought was why didn't you clone out that guy in red. Then reading the comments made me think that maybe you could have made it more of a story about Covid and our relationship with it. All in all I think you met your goal but I guess I don't like your goal. However, it is an interesting shot that makes you think and obviously there is not one right answer. |

Even though I've lived in Maine quite a few years and saw many lobster traps, I've never really looked at them until I studied this photo. I was just so interested in the lines and symmetry that it took me a while to see what it was. I can't imagine how you could do what Bev was trying to do and I don't think it would make it better. I just love the arcs and lines and colors! |

I love the colors! Was too busy admiring them to think of anything else. Some of the comments were interesting and gave me something to think about but I love it just the way it is too. |

I'm not sure how the f9 was enough but I agree that everything looks sharp. I'm also surprised that you got it that sharp with a shutter speed of 1/50s. Were you using a tripod? I love the stone bridge and those pink blossoms in the background.
(I hope you got my welcome message which I had trouble sending - but welcome again) |

I love the colors and the way you cropped it but was a little bothered by the softness of it so your final version suits me better. However, as with any image you must use what you like and not worry about what the rest of us say.
(I was flattered by Jamie thinking I was Bev) |

Do you always have a diffuser with you? It's not something I usually have with me but it is a good idea. Thanks! |
