Thanks. They grow wild in the spring and are protected so you can't cut or transplant them. We've tried buying some to plant but did not have any luck even though we thought the soil and climate was the same - our house is about 10 miles from where I took this. They also come in white but none of them were blooming the day I went to this place. |

I would never have the patience to do such an image but I admire your persistence. I love the circular pattern which somehow is easier to see in the small image that appears when you see all the images in the round at once than when you click on it and it gets bigger. The only thing I think would improve it is if the yellow part were in the center with the same amount of white around the whole yellow center but I'm not sure it would be possible to do that. |

A very lovely scene! I think I would have increased the ISO so I could have greater depth of field and still be able to have a fast enough shutter speed because I suspect you could not use a tripod. I also may have tried to make the green a little less bright and I wonder if maybe you lightened it too much as you increased the exposure. Still, it makes me want to go there. |

I like the action shown. I'm not sure I agree with Bev about eliminating the trees. I wonder if more depth of field would have made the other player (and the trees) sharper. Also, I wonder if you used dehaze because I think it could have a little more "pop" somehow. You certainly did show their intense competitiveness though. |

I was also amazed at this image and would never have the patience to try something like it. I'm a little confused about the people - is that Tim with the camera and his wife in the middle of the circle and you took it from way back where they were? I hope you are all able to travel again. |

I loved this image the first time I saw it and still do, even without the subsequent changes. |

I guess I'll have to try that. I liked the trees but did not notice that they were not really sharp. But I still like the way the tree frames the flower. Thanks for the idea though. |

That was all natural (and I did not notice it) because I did not do any photoshopping except burning those 2 corners. |
