You are absolutely right! However, I don't know how to do that. |

I thought I commented on this a few days ago but since it isn't here now, I'll try again. I like the angle of the arm and the sharpness of everything. It is rather creepy but is done well. Glad you're back! |

Thanks! Too bad I couldn't ask the person to wear something different. |

Thanks! I'm always curious about how people get their shots. |

Another great portrait. I can't see much difference between yours and Bev's versions so I like them both. For some reason I think the white shirt is more disturbing in Bev's version but this probably makes no sense. On further inspection I think I like the eyes better in Bev's version because they are slightly brighter. Anyway, I love the image! |

I love the image especially because I have never been there nor have I seen pictures, only just hear about the Western Wall. Somehow I did not realize there would be chairs there. Now my interest has been aroused and maybe I'll try to find out more about it. |

I like it too, although I think I like the color version just as well as the B&W. I'm just wondering where you took it from? |

I love the colors and agree with Richard that it made an OK image into something very special. I'm glad a real bird got into it but I wish I could identify it, not that that detracts from the image. Maybe I'll have to break down and spend some money on filters - I'm a cheapskate and try to do everything in LR or PS. Anyway, a great image. |

I guess I wanted to keep more of the bottom part but I might try a different crop. That could probably get rid of the bothersome light pole too. Of course, I could practice getting rid of it with content aware too. My other thought about making it more centered was that maybe off center would be more interesting - don't we often get told not to have things centered? |

Thanks - I'll try this when we get home. I had tried to lighten it some in LR but your method seems better. I'll have to practice more with content aware because I never seem to get good results when I try it. |
