Thanks for your reply. I had no idea color could happen like that. I like what you did to whiten the trunks and someday I may even learn to use layers and masks. |

Thank you! I think "perfect example" is probably an exaggeration but I like it. |

My husband thought there might be a solution in LR but he has not had a chance to show me yet (and I was not sure you were using LR. |

Thanks! I agree. I'm not sure I got any others of the aspens I like as much. |

I love this image and have a few questions: Do you mean 1/50 second? Did you prop your camera on the window edge? Why are some of the trunks yellow and others are white? How much did you sharpen it? I almost think it looks too sharp but I still love it and think you captured the depth very well. |

I love the softness of it and the fact that the center is a diagonal. At first I wasn't sure about the red parts but the more I look at it, the more I like it the way it is. |

Bev, I love this image! I was going to comment on the skin but then I saw that you've tried to fix it. I have no idea how to do it so I hope someone else will have some ideas. Maybe you could ask Neil or Susan or Larry Cowles. They seem to know what to do with skin. But I have enjoyed it just the way it is. |
