What a beautiful moment you have captured! I'm enjoying the details within this placid scene . To bring out more of them in the trees perhaps tweaking the exposure might allow us to see them more easily. THe layers of triangles tie the elements of the image together successfully and the well focussed goldenrods in the foreground are really stunning. |

Oh my oh my this is gorgeous. I'm wondering if we were to include some of the detail in the dark areas if it would add to the impact of this extraordinary moment or not. Your dark triangles of vegetation certainly make us focus on the 'lights' and define the structure of the image succinctly and the curvilinear river of light takes us from foreground to background beautifully. |

Now you certainly gave youself a challenge and met it with distinction. My ey keeps going up to the bright area on the top right so I'm thinking maybe a linear gradient might keep me more in the grist mill, and whitening the water to get rid of the blue cast would gvie the image even more punch. |

This is absolutely beautiful. I'm thinking that it might belp to crop it a bit more to eliminate the bright area in the water to the right , and to bring us closer to the bird. |
