68 Jun 23 Comment You probably couldn't do much to compose the picture. The young girls probably were concentrating on each other by facing each other and and the busy background is the way it was. If you knew the girls I may have posed them after the event to a different background and stand them side by side as they play the violins. But this is a nice capture of a recital and I bet the music was impressive. Jun 29th
68 Jun 23 Comment Great phantogram! This velella looks like crystal or glass and makes a very interesting subject. Its shape lends itself to an excellent phantogram subject. And the colorful pebbles adds to the 3D effect and the image. As I said, an excellent phantogram.
And as the others have said, thank you for expanding our knowledge of this creature. I have seen other species in the waters around Hawaii like the Portuguese Man O'War, but not this one. 		Jun 29th
68 Jun 23 Comment Well, I never saw or heard of the program. It's nice that a door was open and that we can see through the arch to the person to add interest. And I agree with the adding more vibrancy. Jun 29th
68 Jun 23 Comment At first glance I didn't notice the person was added but, as mentioned by others, there are aspects that show he was. Still, this has an interesting story and adds to the image. I noticed there was no date (year) that these sailors were found which adds to the mystery in my mind of their demise.

68 Jun 23 Comment Interesting image with the droplets. I was fine with most of the drops except for the middle and the one to the lower left of it and those that are white/green. They are a little too bright and distracting as are the soft, out of focus ones more towards the back.

I like the leaf itself with the up-and-down ridges and spots of fine fuzz. This all adds interest and complexity to the image. 		Jun 29th
68 Jun 23 Comment Great image of the penguin. It is sharp with nice lighting and color. Everything is well done. A minor thought may be to remove that little white leaf (?) right behind the penguin. Jun 29th
