There is actually a slight curve in the station platform. The train tracks curve right at the end of the depot and the platform with the fence and columns also curve with the tracks. |

I agree that the reflections on the floor really add pizzazz to the image and of course, the pews really draw the eyes to the altar. Is that a bust just to the right of the front pew??...that stands out nicely. There is a lot to see in this image and I do like it.
The craftsmanship of these artists are now a lost art so I will always stand in awe of what they created. We will never see churches like this being made today. There are probably many spots in this church that would be great in a 3D image. If I ever get to Valencia, I will be sure to stop here. |

Wow...I would not be in the vehicle either! At my age, I'd need a spinal alignment after that ride. The rocks and scenery have nice 3D effects but the vehicle really adds to the image with the perfect red color and being in a diagonal opposite the horizontal lines of the rocks.I really like that the front left tire has space around it to give even more depth. |

Nick, see my question to David about wrapping an image on the sphere. I have no idea what wrapping entails. I have used the sphere but just converted a side-by-side image into the sphere...maybe that's why the two I did haven't done well in an exhibition. |

David, I have used the sphere in SPM but how do you wrap the image on the sphere? How is that done with a side by side? All I did was change the side by side into the sphere but should I be doing something else? |

Betty, I think this image is gorgeous. It immediately reminded me of Japanese black lacquer-ware with fine gold paint. I saw the caterpillar with no trouble because it is the only white in the image and in fact, the center and surrounding five leaves make the image. I find the leaves on the outside distracting but maybe what Nick and David suggest will fix that. |

Very nice Nick...that moon really pops! I don't know if it's my imagination but the surface of the moon in a couple of places looks lumpy on the outside circle which I like. And the clouds on the earth do look like they are separated from the land and sea...nicely done. You should try a large image of just the moon and see if you can make a 3D version of the moon features (I'm only suggesting since I don't know how to do this...) |

This image is very nice. I am drawn all the way through the scene. The slopes form a V pointing back to the foot bridge. Everything is sharp. The light is nicely balanced and the shadows have detail. What I also like about the scene is that the ditch is not centered yet is balanced by the rocks on the right of the bridge. The only distraction I see are the two dark areas at the very top of the circle at the 11 and 12 o'clock spots. |

The flower is beautiful and the stamen really pops out. It's interesting how the light created a shadow of the stamen on the petals. I'm not sure I like the blur on the right of the flower as I find it a distraction. The color and lighting are well balanced...there are no blown-out spots. The non blurred petals and leaves are very sharp...nice! |
