Thank you Chuck. I did look at it again and used clarify to remove some detail. I really do like the dreamy effect that was created. Loved the suggestion. |

Emil, Into the eye of the beholder you went. One cant help smiling at this image. I have so many questions for the sculptor as to the meaning. The setting was perfect for IR and keeping the eye blue makes it magical. Lovely tonality in your processing. |

Palli, Another good tree find! The juxtaposition of the building and foliage is very interesting. The plant life hanging off the building is so unusual. Well seen. Just enough of architecture and tree included. |

Gary, A pleasant scene, well captured. I agree that it needs to be studied to be appreciated so may not do well in competitions. It certainly would do well on a wall. I do like the processing. |

Hi Chuck, Keep these wonderful Iceland images coming. I have been fascinated. I am slightly in awe that this was shot from a moving vehicle. I think that you have lost a great lead in with you crop. I would include more at the bottom and crop out some of the sky. Well done on the processing. The tones are fabulous. |

Jack, I have very little experience with Capture One so cannot comment.
I really think there is a great picture here as the balance between the different tree lines really works. I am wondering if you could have stepped back a little and taken the scene from a lower angle. The foreground stone needs more room around it. I might even consider taking out the three smaller stones around it? The tones do seem to need a little pop. Either way a great October image |

Arik, The use of color within an IR image does not always work. Here, as the other members of the group agree, this is exceptional. The soft surrounding tones and the crisp red barn give a wonderful and inviting balance As you know the building well, I can imagine that you are not keen to add red to the side. I would think of it a artistic license, such as a painter would do. Well done! |
