66 Jun 21 Comment Thanks Jack, I'm grateful to that horse's style! Jun 9th
66 Jun 21 Reply Somehow I even enjoyed the clean up. As I did it the image started to emerge. Thanks for the kind words.

66 Jun 21 Reply Thank Arik, That preset is seldom good. it makes most images look over worked. And thanks for pointing out the sign. Too modern. Jun 9th
66 Jun 21 Reply Thanks Gary, I am pleased with this. I just entered it into the PSA. Lets see how it does. Jun 9th
66 Jun 21 Comment Emil, We all know that barns are our IR friends, and you have done well here. The clouds are gorgeous. The sky could be darkened some as well as the foreground, maybe a subtle vignette. The bench must go. With all that being said, I am enjoying it. Jun 9th
66 Jun 21 Comment Palli, I admire the work that you put into version 2, but I much prefer version 1. You have brought out the beautiful light on the tree trunks and the varied light and shadow on the leaves makes it glow. Lovely use of a vignette. Jun 9th
66 Jun 21 Comment Gary, Your added motion is brilliant. Exactly the right image to use. You have captured the Smokies really well, and the effort you put into processing was worth it. Dare I say it - maybe a tiny bit more contrast is needed! Jun 9th
66 Jun 21 Comment Hi Chuck, After staring at this for some time, I may need some of your professional help! My thought is that there is just so much to look at and i want to simplify. I think you should have gone in a lot closer if you could. I do think the could be a successful image here. this is my quick version Jun 9th
66 Jun 21 Comment Jack, You always show us that simplicity works. There is lovely richness in the grasses and it is toned in your usual impeccable way. Great job! Jun 9th
66 Jun 21 Comment Arik, My first reaction was also a smile. This really catches the eye. I like what you included when you shot it. The empty chair just adds to the scene and the right is cropped perfectly. The story telling aspect is wonderful. But, most of all, your foreground man is captured so well. IR has smoothed out some features, but your processing enhances them. Your conversion works really well. Love it! Jun 9th
