Hi Emil.
Bravo for doing the tilt while on a tripod. I think we have all at one time or another tried the technique. What make this one stand out is the one in focus tree trunk - product of the tripod. The "reflections" at the base gives an other world like feeling of floating trees. |

Hi Palli, A lovely scene. This looks like a great beach from which to take pictures. I do like how you have cropped it. Your second version certainly has much more "punch" to it. The noise can easily be reduced in Topaz Denoise as suggested by Emil. |

Hi Gary, Great to be looking out of instead of into one of your interesting old structures. The detail that you managed to bring out in the corn field is remarkable. Although you have processed the interior well, could there be more detail found, especially around the edges, to show the dilapidation even more? |

Chuck, I am an absolute sucker for patterns in nature and this one makes me jealous that it is not mine! The highlights and shadows created are lovely. I am enjoying the color palate. The delicate mauve streak adds a third dimension. A quibble - I might have cropped it even more to get rid of the little stem at the bottom , even though it is an explanation what the viewer is looking at. |

Jack, You are the king of IR trees! One more gorgeous one. As usual your delicate post processing is lovely. It does fell a little tight to me, and would like a little more room on the left as well as the bottom. |

Thanks Jack for your always valuable comments and for noticing the green I think it was mostly color noise. I have removed the green. |

Hi John,
I really like this portrait. I also know how difficult it is to get facial detail in IR images. The clothing is beautifully handled, showing wonderful detail. I do think there could be more detail found in the face as per Gary's offering, but I would do it very locally so as only to change the facial detail. The pose certainly creates tension which I love. |
