Thanks Chuck, you are always so generous with your comments. It seems to me that there are less and less boundaries with what we can achieve. The secret is to know when to stop! |

Hey Emil, Those clouds are just so gorgeous. How could you resist. The longish exposure has enhanced them Even so, I think a little more contrast(I would use curves) would be great. Like Jack I think having the shoreline straight is more important than having the bridge level. I cheated on your water by smoothing it out. Not sure you will be happy with my result |

Hi Palli, you always find such interesting processing methods. This one works beautifully on the lizard. I am wondering how it would look without that process on the background. The beast may stand out more. If not, I think that darkening the lizard would make it stand out too. You have certainly put your own stamp on this statue. |

Gary, Such an interesting and story telling picture. Well seen. There are certainly many more angles that could have been used, but I am not concerned with the overlapping buggies. I like the patterns that have emerged. I am a little bothered by the "water". My eye is not really buying the fact that someone would have place their vehicle so precariously. A little nitpick - would you consider cloning out the tree above the distant buggy?

Hey Chuck, Another gorgeous scene with great clouds. I do like the color rendition, but find the blue a bit bright. I have de saturated the blue and cranked up the yellows a bit. I am not sure about a crop on the bottom. I think that is a personal choice. What do you think? |

Jack, The lighting is just fabulous. Don't let anyone tell us that IR is only good in the middle of the day. I in turn am not so sure about the vertical crop. I would crop the bottom to just below where the light starts and a very little off the top. Tones are great as usual |

Thank you all for your always very valuable comments. This image has been in my file for a while and I have never been able to process it to my satisfaction. I think that the contrasting difference between the color and mono is too vast. I have toned it to be more in keeping with color portion and wonder if it is in any way more pleasing to your eyes. |

Hi John. Looking at your image makes me feel a little giddy! Not in a bad way. I really love this angle and all the shapes created. Emil says always look up, I want to include always look down. There are just so many fabulous things that are not at eye level. I would love to see a little more black in your processing, which would give the "pop" effect.
