Wow! That sky is really something. Your placement of all the elements is perfect. It's a wonderful scene that is crying for some drama. Contrast will really give it the punch it deserves. Still, I'm enjoying it! |

Hi Palli,
Your post processing has given a sketch like quality which is really interesting. I also like the toning. So difficult to separate that gorgeous branch from the background, but I think you have done a credible job. It's a good idea to remove the the bright area so that the eye concentrates on the main subject. |

Hi Gary,
Love the Barn! Wish I could find more of this kind of thing on my travels. I do like your post processing. the antique finish is in keeping with subject matter. I must admit that I would crop it a little - the right at the edge of the wire fence and a little off the top. The sky is gorgeous but I think more tension is created with a little less of it. Keep them coming so I can get more jealous! |

Hi Chuck,
The almost natural color you have shown of the cabin is really great. The delicate sky color and background trees are very appealing. It is little tight on the right which is an easy fix. I might have cropped just a little off the bottom. Good Job! |

Hi Jack,
I love the tapestry effect of the rolling hills. Such a beautiful area. The power lines are a great addition for interest. Looking at Gary's rendition, I like what he has done with the sky and lines. I far prefer the softer treatment you have given to the hills So a combination maybe? |

Hi Ernie
As usual your post processing is fabulous. The tonal range is all there. I am enjoying the mystery of the distant rocks. Kudos to you for showing us long exposure. Always something new for us to try. I do think that the water is not showing the silky effect we have come to expect. Depending on the light situation, maybe 20 seconds was a bit too long. I sure am going to try this. |
