Nathan,
This image lends itself to color and I do like the tone you chose. I find the very bright foliage very distracting. I think you caught the kayaks a moment too late. A little further back and you could have included a little more of the bridge, and been able cut out the foreground leaves. Of course this is very subjective and may not have been your choice at all. |

Palli,
We all need to be able to see what is local and around us. Not necessary to travel far and wide to get the photographs.
I think this is a worthy scene. I would crop about an inch off the top. Also the rocks, both on the bank and especially in the water, look like there can be great details extracted from them which would add more interest for me. |

Gary,
Perfect subject matter for IR. The vine and foliage between the buildings sure adds interest. Good dramatic sky is always a bonus. I think that you could even push the darken/lighten filter a little further to darken the edges a little more. Never the less beautiful image.

Jack,
This is a lovely peaceful image with great lines and shapes. The archway over the road with a vanishing point draws me right in. The only thing that I would change is in sky detail. Gary achived some great tones and depth. |

Craig,
I Like the idea. The garden design is very appealing, creating lovely shapes I do find pink trees directly behind the fountains is a distraction. I would like to see them desaturated or toned to match the side trees. To my eye this would make your main subject pop and keep me looking at the fountains. |
