I think your cropping is perfect. Beautiful shot. The pretty reddish-orange colors of the flowers are very nice. And you got an extra sharp photo of the bee. Great work. |

Perfect composition and beautiful scene. You did an excellent job of keeping the entire image in focus. The only suggestion I'd make is to see if you could enhance the fall colors in the leaves of the trees. This should be easily done in either Photoshop or Lightroom. Otherwise, the colors appear a little bland and washed out. Easy fix, though. |

I've seen many photographs of balloons either lifting off or setting down. Without a doubt, this is one of the most visually arresting shots I've seen. Gorgeous colors of the balloons against a perfect background. I also love the composition. Very creative and exceptionally well done. |

I bet this garden presented a very challenging composition. It's a beautiful area but unfortunately the giant open grass area doesn't lend itself to photographing well nor does it convey the beauty you want to show. It looks like, well, a giant vacant space. There's really nothing here to provide a visual focal point. Sometimes you can attack a scene like this by photographing a smaller piece of the scene, rather than the whole nine yards. Think in terms of a composition that doesn't try to show the entire garden. Rather, focus on capturing its beauty. This might be better accomplished by composing a more defined area rather than tackling the whole garden. |

Gorgeous and exciting array of colors, in contrast to the drab old buildings. Excellent composition and sharp depth of field focus down the street. To me, it illustrated the good parts of Havana versus the impoverished parts. What a contrast! |

Lovely image and composition. I like the flower arrangement in the foreground. It seems to draw my eye in and anchor the bottom of the image. Looks like you probably had a beautiful voyage. |

You arrived just at the right time to catch a beautiful sunset. To me, however, the composition doesn't work. There is a small item in the middle of your frame, and then the larger pieces to the right. The pinkish clouds were pretty, but I didn't feel they were a strong enough attraction to serve as a subject and anchor the image. In other words, I wondered what was this photo all about. If you had adjusted your position and used one of them to frame the sunset, you would have had a clear subject/anchor and a stronger composition. |

This is a lovely scene that depicts a beautiful valley. I would love to explore the countryside and villages below! To me, the colors look a little off -- the clouds have an overly purplish tint and the greens in the trees and fields have a yellowish, unnatural tint. I wasn't there in person, so maybe that was their true colors. If not, I think these little items can easily be corrected or adjusted in your processing system. Nicely done -- wish I'd been there! |

A very nice composition that clearly defines the subject. Pretty reflection in the water. The sky has a turquoise tint rather than a blue. I suggest adjusting the color slightly. Also along the bottom edge were two distracting elements -- first a white streak in jutting up from the middle of the bottom of the frame and then a blurry red flower (?) in the bottom right-hand corner. I recommend removing these in your post-processing. |
