Excellent post-processing work. I especially like how you warmed up the scene and added some extra texture. The lower perspective also enhanced the viewpoint. Interesting elements throughout the image -- the stools, signs, etc. Too bad it was Sunday. The little chalkboard said that was the only day of the week that it was closed. |

Great job of processing this image. You warmed up the scene from the drab original picture, and did a perfect job of cropping, especially removing that object in the foreground. Everything was sharp and in focus. Looking around the scene, looks like you could have fun shooting some additional images, especially by focusing on different elements, such as the waterfall, and great big wheel. |

I understand why you find this image amusing. I've never seen anything like this before! I'd be laughing as well if I had been there. In my opinion, however, the humor doesn't work unless you have the context that you provided. Otherwise, you'd think someone just collapsed, which wouldn't be too funny. |

Excellent composition. I'd remove the photographer and orange bag at the foot of the groom. If possible, and this would be with very careful editing, I'd remove the tree branch that is behind the couple and which basically sticks up the behind of the groom. The white wedding dress is quite lovely in the backlit sunlight. I think this was your lucky day to find them against such a beautiful setting. |

See attached. When you crop from the right, you open up space for the motorcycle to run to the left. |

My wife loves your edits. So that settles it! It's much better. Thanks for your good eyes. |

Srijan, welcome. You're off to a great start. I agree with the other comments. One reason, to me, for cropping off the right is that it would throw the cyclist off center and giving space for him to move to the left. |

These buildings look like a set from a science fiction movie! I've never seen anything like it. Excellent work in capturing the scene and illustrating how the very abstract architecture creates an unworldly scene. Perfect focus and exposure throughout. I think this is something you'd find in a travel brochure. A space alien would feel right at home here. |

As I've looked at your image, I'm having a difficult time trying to discern what you are trying to illustrate. Is it the smoke? Is it the pollution? Without your explanation, the smoke remains a mystery. Or is to the shoreline and the buildings. In other words, what is this image about? I do think you've done a good job of capturing the city scene. To me, it does seem to have a slightly blue tint that a bit of warming up and a tad of saturation would probably correct. I do find the columns on so many buildings very interesting. Hope you were able to grab some images of those while you were there. |

I like this as a semi-abstract composition. Without your explanation, this looks like a pile of sticks to me. HOWEVER, simply looking at this from a design point of view, I think it's quite interesting and good. The composition is excellent. The curving shore leads directly to the Trabucco. And all the fishing poles protruding over the water provide a very compelling design. You also did an excellent job of your post-processing work, especially in bringing out the colors (your wife was right!) and warming up the image. So a pile of sticks to the untrained observer often provide the opportunity to produce a wonderful piece of abstract art. |
