The original photos are well shot. You did a great job of masking and combining the birds. Creating the darker blue edges was a brilliant idea, taking the piece into the realm of fine art for sure. |

You enhanced the sky beautifully Georgianne. The composition is lovely, and this is quintessential Oregon coastline. I love the dancing white flowers in the foreground. The warmer colors in the original photo appeal to me a bit more, but that's just personal preference. You created a very nice and serene scene. |

I agree with all of the previous statements. The cascading composition is what makes the shot so nice. My only suggestion would be to repair the holes in the leaf on the top left, in addition to darkening the background a bit. My eye keeps getting pulled there. The lighting in your backyard is lovely. |

My pleasure Rita. I didn't spend enough time to do it flawlessly, but if you're familiar with those tools, I'm sure you can do it better. Good luck with your entry! |

I've used the spot healing brush in PS to remove unwanted things in photos, but this seemed like too big of a job for that, but I decided to try it. So, it was a matter of using the spot healing brush to paint out most of the chair. It actually did a pretty decent job, but there were still traces left behind. Then I used the clone tool to add parts of his shirt back in and the lower part of the chair legs and crossbars. Are you familiar with those tools? |

Wonderfully posed and processed Mary. The BW treatment is just right. I agree with Denise's statement about the girl's hairline. Very nice story here too. |

You've done a great job of recreating the Norman Rockwell look with this Rita. Such a sweet story. I kind of wish the empty chair in the foreground could have been eliminated. I wonder if AI would be able to accomplish that?? |

This is lovely Denise. Your treatments have all enhanced it. I can see this printed in huge format to adorn a large residential space or even in a hospital hallway or other commercial space where a serene ambience would be appreciated by those viewing it. Well done! |
