34 Dec 23 Comment I love your original Gunter. I love the way the brown wisps and s are set against the orange petals. The abstract is interesting, but doesn't seem nearly as "artistic" as your original. But I know we are on a mission of altering reality here, so you've accomplished that. Dec 15th
34 Dec 23 Comment Nice composite Candy! The colors are so nice and the concept of a fire dancer in a floating canoe is perhaps unlikely in real life, but also daring and unique in imagination. I agree with Mike that the bright pink fender draws the viewer's eye away from the dancer. But you've done a masterful job of combining the two images. I'm sure the fire was a challenge to isolate. 34 Dec 23 Comment Love this Frans! You did a fantastic job of combining all three photos, especially the fine details of the shadows on the baby's face. The creation of the left hand looks amazingly real. It was a good idea to expand the background to give the baby the best placement in the composition. My only suggestion would be to make the orange-yellow border a bit lighter or thinner. My eye is drawn away from the baby's face by the bold border. I'm sure your family will treasure this remembrance you created for many years to come. Well done! Dec 9th
34 Dec 23 Comment What a sweet and touching image Mike. Your painterly filter is perfect for it. I noticed you eliminated the torn leaf in Grace's hand, which was a good idea. It might be kind of cool to replace it with one similar in color to the tree's leaves -- to connect her even more to the rest of the scene. I love her striped dress, striped socks, and bright boots.
