1 Jul 18 Comment Interesting image. I like the multi-level composition. I am not exactly sure why it's not sharp. Was it cropped or your camera is not good at a higher ISO? Not sure you needed to have the aperture at 9 - you could decrease it and decrease the ISO. Jul 28th
1 Jul 18 Comment Welcome, Kathryn. Since I leave in SF and photograph the bridge pretty often, I thought there is no way to do it the way nobody's done it before, but you did it. Congratulations! My problem with the image is that I can't decide what's the photo is about? - is it about the bridge or about the telescopes. In your version both directions are equal and my eye jumps back and forth between them not being able to decide where to rest. The Isaac's version above makes it about the telescopes and it feels better, although since I know the direction of the bridge, it feels wrong. Jul 28th
1 Jul 18 Comment I really like the way you treated this image. It's very soft and at the same time, I think it's sharp enough. The monks are sharp and very prominent in the picture. I like their placing in the picture and I like that to see the environment around them. I might crop a bit from the bottom of the image, but that's subjective. Excellent work! I like it. Jul 28th
1 Jul 18 Comment It's always fun to photograph fire and sometimes you get rewarded with a good image. This one is nice. Jul 28th
1 Jul 18 Comment Excellent capture. Agree with the above, a bit more depth of field would help. I would try to get rid of the part of the flower on the very top. It's a bit distracting. Great job! Jul 28th
1 Jul 18 Comment That's funny. To make it even funnier, since you are combining images anyway, is to add an image of a man trying to figure out which one is right for him to go... Jul 28th
1 Jul 18 Reply Yes, I used a tripod, it's about 10 sec. exposure. Jul 11th
