Got it, it is a gimmick that I did not paint. I can see it. |

I agree that this is a beautiful delicate picture. I agree with Bruce mentioning the water drop and Linda's corrections and Mark mentioning the odd number being better than 2. You could not have posed them better. I also think the angle gives the photo a more dynamic look. I would put this on the wall. |

Beautiful serene scene. I find very inviting. I think Mark was thinking he wishes he was there which is the first thought when I saw it. That would mean that someone at the table would have blocked my view, so I like it the way it is without another person. |

Very Very interesting photo. Never would have thought to shoot a sunflower in B&W. It really brings it to life. It seems to have more character and pops more than it would in color. The adjustments Linda and Mark made do seem to both add to the image. Love the capture. |

I do not know what to add. The scene with and without the sand make 2 different pleasing photos. Your settings in bright sunlight seem to be perfect with good color and DOF. Not sure if the angle of the sun is contusive to use a polarizing filter, I think it may have deepened some of the colors. I get it mixed up. I think the angle is right for polarizing. Very nice. |

I agree with it being a great shot. His expression is priceless. You brought the eyes out of the shadows which must have been difficult. I like the crop and framing also. Hard to say about sharpness. I like Marks suggestion but the eye is not delineated which seems to be the biggest thing these days. I wanted to go out and shoot an Orangatan just like this but did not get to the zoo. Must have been fun. |

Nice Textures and color shading. It reminds me of Yellowstone with the waterfall and the water flowing through the mountains. It lends itself to interpretation. I like this Mark. It does spark the imagination. |

Thank You. The Dry Brush is a preset in Photoshop CS6. When I can get the components for a reasonable price to build a new Computer that will work with Windows 11 and CC I will sign on to Photoshop CC. Not Sure if the presets are similar. |

Maybe I am lazy and I appreciate your comments but I have many Lilly Pad photos that are at least as good. This one however I framed wrong, and I like impressionism, so I felt the easies way to fix this was to clone in the rest of the Lilly Pad and use the preset. Thanks for your input though. |
