I think the first image shows static symmetry of the wheels which is what I was focused on. I think the second showed a car more suggestive of motion. Interesting afterthoughts about my composition. |

Thanks Mark. In western society when we look or read our eye follows left to right from my understanding, that may explain why this image looks better in this Format. A no go in Israel. |

I agree with both Bruce and Linda but I do not seem drawn away from these playful kids by the background. Darkening the background may help, I am not sure. The kids and stop action of the water in what almost appears a coordinated effort to splash all at once seems to draw you in a lot, background only a being a backdrop. Actually, I am not sure I like the title for these boys just being boys. My impression of the three stooges, brings a more slapstick feeling. How you captured their intense focus and fun is great. |

Nice touch, the background and location of the key flower and of course butterfly. The butterfly looks ready to move on with this angle, contemplating where to move next into the field of almost painted flowers. My eyes move back and forth from the butterfly to the other flowers almost wondering where to go next. Very interesting format. Not sure if the upper part of the left wing could be lightened, but I suspect that that would bring out noise. Rather than color, I like that the photo brings out its delicate parts of the body.Very pretty and enjoyable photo. |

I like the photo also. At the Chicago airshow I had a heck of a time getting a good formation and predicting where they were going to go to. I agree with Mark about you getting the right speed and aperture to freeze the planes and still have motion in the propellers. I recall that too was difficult to do. Again, with the speed of the planes, you seem to have done well following the planes. Hard to say about the grain. Very good catch. |

Beautiful shot with life and energy. Bruce made an interesting suggestion which would be more like an infinity shot. I think the picture works like this though due to weighting. Many people on left balanced with more large buildings on the right. It feels balanced to me. Wish I was there. |

In response to Bruce's and your suggestions I loosened the crop and put a border. I could not completely replicate the original edits, I did it again to get close. I also thought facing the car to the right may work better. |

Thanks Linda. The curve of the fender and rectangular frame are an interesting combination. |
