Unfortunately, the sky is so strong it draws attention away from the rest of the scene. |

I like this, partly because I am always looking for interesting shadow patterns. You don't need the full bridge as all you want to show is the long shadow so crop the scene at the end of the long shadow. My suggestion is to look for interesting shadows and compile a file of the pictures. I did this then took what I thought were the best and had a book printed. I did a short into about the project. If you want to make a book use Shutterfly as their quality is excellent. |

I like it except for that big yellow tube that is out of focus. Otherwise, your creativity is greatly appreciated. |

The bridge is the most important object in the scene as it is the only man made object and it draws the eye into the scene. For me, it brings me into the scene and I then explore the rest of the scene. If the bridge wasn't there
I would not take the time to thoroughly look at the scene. When I used to judge photo exhibits I would look for a center of interest, something strong to make me want to really examine the subject. |

It would be interesting to see what others photographed.
For me, what you presented were different house styles. The boats add interest to the scene. However, when you are on or in a moving vehicle you don't have the ability to move around to photographed the subject from a different viewpoint. |
