What a great subject. The house itself has so much to look at. What went through my mind were all the areas that have a lot to photograph like the warped boards, lopsided windows, and shadow patterns. As long as you are able to wander around the property can you go back and do closeups? The Palouse has been a favorite area for me. After the PSA conference in Spokane I spent a lot of time driving around and taking many many pix which I turned into a book. |

This is a very beautiful and restful scene, one that could hang on the wall as just looking at it reduces and tensions in my body. You presented it well so I don't have any most to say other than I really like it. |

At first I felt that the pilings blocked the view of the boats but the more I looked at the scene I changed my mind and liked the composition that you used. The blue tone makes it for more interesting than a straight b/w. |

Cemeteries can yield really good images. There is a small one nearby and I have found many unique pictures. My only comment on your image is to to darken the foliage in the background to make the tombstones stand out more. |
