It is a classic scene of the Tetons and Snake River but also very different and beautiful in IR. The IR makes the mountains stand out more against a dark sky as well as making the trees a bit different from a conventional b/w rendition. |

It is a beautiful scene so your composition is very good. In this instance having the three people adds a necessary touch for keeping the viewer in the scene. I don't have any suggestions as it is fine the way you presented it. |

Is the large part of the rood of the building? It is overwhelming so I would like to see more of the rest of the building. Without knowing what it is, it detracts from the people and the small part of the building. It's worth rephotographing from a different angle. |

For a drive by shot you really hit it as the old barn nicely breaks up the desolate scene. For me, the barn holds all the different elements, including the sky with dark clouds, together. |

Welcome to the group and hope you will enjoy seeing our images as we will yours. Regarding this image, you needed something big and bold to keep the eye from following the road and fences out of the scene. That tree did it as it makes the viewer stop and first enjoy the companion tree that does not dominate and second the row of trees in the left background. Or simply put, you get the viewer into the scene and keep them there. I really like the image. |
