Hooray for Luminar and the "Add Cloud Feature!" Needless to say it that your conversion process was very good. However, I don't feel that you needed to blur the clouds as it conflicts with all the other sharp features. The structure of the barn under the eaves is particularly interesting. One thing that I have done when photographing a building with a closed door is in Photoshop move the door a bit so it appears open as an open door is more inviting and makes the viewer wonder, "What is inside?" |

Welcome to the group and trust you will enjoy both the images from others as well as showing us what you have done in infrared. My main comment is that the picture does not look like an infrared image as all the colors of the shelves and objects on them are too realistic. Regarding the composition, what is outside is so much brighter my eye is drawn away from the shelves to the window. There is far more interest in what is on the shelves than what is outside so concntrating on those objects would make for a more intersting picture. |

It is a nice scene and I do like the coloring as it is subdued and not at all garish. You did a fine job converting from the original. For me, the path is a strong lead in line so my eye follows it and is led into the woods and the out of the scene. |

It is a very "restful" scene but lacks a strong interest point. The trees, their reflection, the water beyond the ripples and even the sky all seem to direct the viewer to a point at the far end of the lake but there isn't anything really significant there to hold the viewer's attention. Could you significantly brighten a tree at the point that would stand out more than the others which are quite dark? |

This is a wonderful scene as it has so many interesting elements. Where you stood to take the picture was great as the eye goes up the water, with all the lily pads, to that old interesting building. The fact that the building is surrounded by large(obviously old) trees helps to age it. On a technical aspect, it looks like the building could be straightened a bit more. |

The idea is good as only showing part of the canoes is fine. I do like the coloring very much. I find that having the background so out of focus is disturbing and a bit unreal. My suggestion is to redo the print with the background as it was and another with a slight softness so it doesn't draw attention away from the canoes. |
