The building is a good photographic subject. For me the tree in the foreground seems to block my view and I wondered if you stood by the fence it would open up the scene more. The fence on the other side of the road is fine as it is an important part of the overall scene. If it is convenient and you could get on the property it would be a great place to return to and shoot the building from many angles. |

This is quite nice as the walls are connected by an arch. Each wall has its own structure which is interesting. The arch joins them to make a smooth transition between the them. Then add in mother nature with the plant in the foreground and the trees in the background and you have a wonderful image to look at. The toning really adds a nice element to the picture. I compliment you on only taking a small portion of what could be a massive stone wall and the process you used for turning it into a fine scene. |

What a castle in Cincinnati? We have one in the Napa Valley! Unfortunately with members living in a country with lots of castles, I can't help but compare it with some that we have seen on this circuit. While the building is unusual I feel that rather than trying to capture as much of the building as possible just pick a particular area and create something a bit different from being a record shot of the building. |

This is pure delight. Your cropping of the original was precise as the curves of the wood nicely compliment the structure of the mushrooms. Even the sky helped you as it filled a blank area with a soft "fuzzy" that is so different from the rest of the scene. Great printing too. |

My first trip to England included a train ride to Norfolk then hiring a cab to find Bacon Castle in the town of Baconthorpe - yes, it belonged to my ancestors. Your church and its history is interesting. But it is the tombstone in he near foreground that draws my attention into the scene as the building does not have anything specific to hold my interest photographically. |

This is classic. Everything works as shooting for HDR you capture detail throughout. No suggestions from me on this one. For me, this is one I'd like to hang on my wall as the beauty of the scene projects a restfulness, something we all need in this coivid era. |
