35 Sep 18 Comment What a beautiful tree. You were wise to crop it rather than trying to show the entire tree with all its branches. I particularly like the way the sun comes through and creates that soft glow. Sep 16th

35 Sep 18 Comment One wonders just why someone would build a castle in the USA. One of the wineries in the Napa Valley also has a castle. It is more of a curiosity as I hear that the wines aren't all the good! Regarding "your" castle, I feel there is far too much foliage as it obscures so much of the building. Perhaps in photographing it isolating a part of it might be more interesting. Sep 16th
35 Sep 18 Comment Another image with an interesting story about it. I wonder just how the cowboys can separate the herd into "his and mine." I actually prefer the original as it is lighter and the animals in the foreground stand out. Sep 16th
35 Sep 18 Comment This has it all, a good lead in line, foreground interest and a path to follow. What grabbed my attention as at my first look was the field on the side of the mountain with its stone walls. It really compliments the stone walls in the foreground and "makes" the picture. Sep 16th
35 Sep 18 Comment This is beautiful. Your use of the three exposures resulted in wonderful detail in all areas, light and dark. plus there is an object at the end of the path! This may sound trite but this image is one that could be hung on my wall and after a hard day at work I could stand in front of it and it would cause me to relax just visualizing me walking down that path. What a way to clear the mind. Sep 16th
