Hi Randy, The black-and-white effect works beautifully to highlight the textures of the granite peaks. I might consider cropping the sky slightly to make it about 1/3 of the frame, which could add even more drama to the composition. Great eye for spotting this scene-it's a stunning capture! |

Hi Jim, The vibrant red of the cardinal really pops against the green background, and I love how your crop brings it into focus so dramatically. For a different take, I could see a horizontal crop working nicely to frame the image and give it a wintery, Christmas card feel.
