Thank you all for taking time to analyze my image.
I would like to inform you all that, I am going to take a break as I will be travelling to India for few months to few places and it is going to be hectic!!!
It was very nice to be a part of this group and I enjoyed every moment of it :)This would be my last post. I hope to come back sometime next year again.
Wishing you all the very best.
Thanks again... |

Great action shot! I agree with Harry's suggestion.
The other suggestion would be to use selective color, for example red shirt and mellow it down or change it to some sober color...Nice travel image, I would say. |

How I wish there was a human element in the frame. That would make the story complete.
I like the original version, Harry's version is too bright for me. Converting it into B&W is a good decision as it is adding to the mood.
My suggestion would be, since the star burst did not happen, may be making that part dimmer would help, as then we wouldn't have the top bleeding. |

I agree with Harry's remark.
What made this image is the nice reflection and the position of the man's hands on the underneath of the boat.
I feel you can increase the saturation a bit as it looks little flat to me. Having said that I am liking the cool colors all across the frame. |

Thank you all for your valuable comments.
After viewing Al's work, I think I still want to keep the bamboo pole extending out of the water. Only Stephen could read my mind! |

Beautiful image indeed!
I will go with Al's crop. But other than that I would keep everything else as it is.
The dim hue in the sky is adding to the tranquility. |

Sharp and neat picture. Yes if you can clone out the distraction then it will go another level higher. Very attractive color.
Hung I always admire your post processing skill but for this one I prefer the author's creation :) |

Very sharp and nice moment captured.
I like Hung's cropped out WS, as it is making the bird more pronounced.
I also agree with Harry's suggestion about the sky.
The picture looks great in small print but I am not sure if you can retain the same quality in big prints as I can see lot of pixilation on my monitor, perhaps you have cropped it a lot or may have taken from quite a distance. |
