2 Jun 18 Reply I like this crop... Jun 22nd
2 Jun 18 Comment I agree with Harry.

I feel apart from darkening the bg, if you can increase the contrast of the bird then it may bring more sharpness as well.
It's a beautiful image!

2 Jun 18 Reply Thanks Harry,
that's another image all together and I like it too. Now I am a bit confused which one should I use for salon participation!!! :)

2 Jun 18 Reply Al...that's not the sky but the water in the lake with the reflection of the trees around it. The sky was overcast and therefore the color of the water is such...

2 Jun 18 Comment We will really miss you Gary. I became so used to this group now!
Your last picture posted in this group is one of your best one, for sure:)The tonality, texture, DOF, sharpness and lighting are all spot on. A very beautiful image indeed.

As suggested by Shirley and Harry please let us know your new group number so that we can see them.
All the best Gary and enjoy clicking.

2 Jun 18 Comment Beautiful image Al, very colorful, sharp and nice sky with clouds. I agree with Shirley that, the blue is a bit over saturated, you may consider to tone it down to give it a more realistic look.
I also agree with Gary and would consider to straighten the lines, especially the tower on the right.
Otherwise, it's a very nice colorful image indeed!

2 Jun 18 Comment Hung, you have nicely isolated the lady. For me the top right and left corners are disturbing. I tried to crop the image keeping the lady in one third position. I also cleaned up the wall a bit.
I wanted to convert it into mono but my laptop kept crashing (don't know why!)

2 Jun 18 Comment Nice pose and nice color of this beautiful model.

You have captured a very natural look, which means you have managed to make her feel at ease, which is very important in such photography, I think.
I am only thinking, how would it look if she had posed in such a way that both her hands were being seen.
Anyways, for me this also works. The smile in her eyes and lips say it all...

2 Jun 18 Comment Very sharp and nice catchlight. You may consider to increase the contrast a bit Harry. Never the less its a great shot! Jun 6th
2 Jun 18 Comment Thanks Shirley and Gary for your feedbacks. I try to keep either 2*3 ratio or 9*16; in this case kept the latter.

Yes I do want to use it for nature category and that's why did not do any cleaning job. Have taken many shots of this lizard, before it vanished inside the water.
