A very colorful shot Al.
You have the center baskets all in good focus, however the surrounding areas gone out of focus is a bit disturbing to me. Therefore, I am liking the tight crop done by Gary, where my eyes are only concentrating on the baskets which are well within focus.
No doubt, you have made a nice picture out of a very simple element. |

Beautiful image Gary.
When you correct the line of horizon, please remove the dust marks also...there are more than one I can see.
Whatever you have done in the post process, all are worth it as it is giving the feel of that golden moment.
Very well done! |

Very nice picture Hung.
To me the clarity, color, light everything is very apt. The only thing I would recommend is to crop little from top, just till the bright white in the top right corner as its a distraction to me. And also as suggested by others, the yellow metal is a distraction too.
I feel, the background is actually adding up to the story... |

Love this eagle portrait! Very sharp and beautiful colored image Shirley. I would prefer the original crop.
I am already imagining the printed version of this majestic bird. Well done Shirley :) |

Shirley, I will definitely try out your method and see how it looks by softening the crowd.
Al, I wanted to show the whole festival as such, highlighting the dancers. If I crop the dancers on the left and the spectators out then I get a very odd ratio left in the frame.
Thanks a lot for all the suggestions...really appreciate each one of them :) |

Harry, I share the same sentiment as Shirley...please spare my face from draganizing :))
I like what you did with the BG.I am not appreciating this much details on the face. I feel, vignetting is also done too much.
I would rather prefer the original image on the dark BG. |
