69 Apr 26 Comment Well done, Jacob. Your edits have improved this image tremendously.
I would suggest lightening the central bloom also as that is where my eye goes first.

69 Apr 26 Comment This is such an unusual presentation and I love it! Everything is sharp from top to bottom despite your large f stop.
How lucky you are to have wildlife so close to your home.

69 Apr 26 Comment I love this image. It is such an unusual presentation and creates great mood.
Enlarging the image I find the elephant rather grungy. Not sure if that is your intent. I used Topaz Photo AI to denoise and cropped some off the top to add more emphasis to your elephant. I think the mood is still captured in this presentation. Its ok if you don't agree with me!

69 Apr 26 Comment Spoonbills are one of my favorite birds and you have captured this one beautifully to show the color in its spread out wings. The reflection adds to the composition.

Your crop has made the bird very central in the frame. I would suggest having more space in front of the spoonbill and less behind it while still keeping the vertical format.

69 Apr 26 Comment The rainy day makes the lighting very flat with little contrast between the goose and the background. It is well positioned in the frame and I don't mind the side view as the eye is prominent and you have left plenty space to swim into.
I would also add an artificial catch light in the eye. (In the old days we used to prick the slide with a pin to provide the catch light!)

69 Apr 26 Comment The Roadrunner is great and I appreciate the out of focus foot showing its movement. Its a pity about the background as it blends in too much. I guess this is its normal habitat. Maybe darkening will provide more contrast.
I would also eliminate the rocks in the top right corner by cloning or cropping (my choice).

69 Apr 26 Comment Here is my original crop. However I felt that the bright sky to the left and right of the nest draws my eye away from the chicks. Which crop do you prefer? Apr 14th
