Here's the original darker version of the Farm Scene. I chose to leave the powerlines in as they were not very prominent against the bushes. |

Once again I'm impressed with your creativity and patience required to put this picture together.
I love the muted pastel tones and especially the colors that you captured on the background. Well done! |

What a great storytelling composition! Well seen and I am enjoying all the items that you have chosen to include. Good choice to include the mirror and reflection of your main subject. I'm off to Thailand next week and will certainly be on the look out for this type of subject matter. |

I have also been to this spot. You have given us a good composition, with the lead in line in the water, and good color harmony. I like your choice of sky which definitely improves the picture. |

Great atmosphere created by the hot spring. The sulphur provides good color to the rocks in front. |

You have done well considering that this is an iPhone picture. I like the separation of the background created by the blur effect.
I find the flowers a little dull so I would add some brightness or a levels adjustment. |

Welcome to Group 26. I look forward to seeing your images in our group.
I also love lighthouses. I like the balance between the two buildings and don't mind the dead space between them. Well done on changing the sky. I would never have guessed that this is water!

I like the colors on the bird, which would be vastly improved if shot at a better time of day.
The background is distracting, but not much you can do other than photograph it in a different location. |

I'm sure you have cropped this a great deal, but I would crop even more to eliminate the distracting branch behind it. If your file size becomes too small, you can increase it with Topaz Gigapixel. (or use a 2000mm lens!) |

Your lighting is wonderful as usual. And so lucky to include the wasp.
I would crop a little from the top to eliminate the lighter colors at the top of the frame. |

This is a difficult subject to portray clearly. I think you are trying to show us too much. I would concentrate on the 4 birds on the right and leave out the 2 on the left.

You have captured great action and animal behavior in this picture. I also appreciate the color harmony particularly shown by the male Merganser. |

I also have a camera converted for IR which is used mainly by my wife - see DD66. But I have taken some successful IR pictures.
I like your perspective of this scene. I would crop a little off the bottom to eliminate the rock in the bottom right corner. I think you should work more on your tones to get better separation between blacks and white. The large rock face in the background particularly needs better contrast. |
