What a lovely scene. And congratulations on combining them so perfectly. The mist or light coming from the back provides great mood to the picture.
I don't agree with Bob's "one mile rule" as I have often combined images from different continents! After all, it's the end result that counts. |

I find the image overall too green! I would decrease the saturation of the greens and maybe increase yellow to get some contrast. Darkening might help as Bob suggests.
The trees form good framing for the composition so I would definitely not remove either of them. |

This is a wow image! The head is sharp and all the waves and circles provide dynamic movement.
I don't mind the way she is positioned in the frame and would not change anything.
Congratulations on being able to "see" an image like this. |

Tony, you have a knack of showing us wonderful environmental portraits. The flames and smoke lead my eye to his face showing his concentration.
I would crop a little from the right side up to the beginning of the second panel in the background. This would also eliminate the red bottle top on the right edge of the frame. |

The use of the neutral density filter has achieved your aim of smoothing the water. There is just enough movement in the water to lead my eye through the composition.
The bright area in the cliffs does not bother me too much. Overall, a good composition despite the adverse weather conditions. |

Geoff, thanks for sharing your natural fauna with us again.
Everything works here, the catchlight in the eyes (did you use a flash), the muted background and the rocks that it is standing on.
I agree with previous comments about opening the shadows on the tip of the tail. |

Wow! What great action!
As I've mentioned elsewhere, the nature story is important. And this one tells a wonderful story.
The bland background does not bother me as the action is strong enough to hold my attention. Definitely prefer the version without the trees.
You have achieved sharpness throughout. Well done.

You have done well to simplify the main image to focus our attention on the important part of the flower. I agree with Pierre that it is a little dull overall and could do with some brightness. You can do this using the slider in brightness and contrast or a curves correction. |

A simple image which is shown off to perfection by the wonderful lighting. As usual you have processed this perfectly. |

The warbler is beautifully presented and framed by the cherry blossoms. I agree that you don't need the flower on the right hand side as it pulls ny eye away from the main subject. |

In nature photography the story telling component is of utmost importance, and here you are definitely telling us a story.
My only suggestion is to open the shadows on the face of the right hand bird to provide more detail there. |
