Isaac, thanks for your comments; here are my thoughts when processing the image. After doing my global adjustments in Lightroom, the little girl was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Her placement at the very edge of the frame balances the visual weight of the group of the three men. She is also very "different" from the other group yet holds the image together because she is watching the main event. I thought about the fence- and decided to retain it because of the horizonal and vertical lines and it also adds a light, transparent foreground to the image. The graffiti theme repeats on the wire fence in the background and so the eyes travel to the middle ground and then to the background. The "skater" hold our attention because of his dynamic pose and all eyes are fixed on him. |

Dan ...these red hands looks like "clappers" ..noisy and the red color would attract attention; but fun all the same in a street fair atmosphere. The girl's eye behind the eye adds to the quirkiness of the image. The wheel on the top right of the frame adds to fill that corner for balance. |

Bruce, I like the perspective of the passageway which leads you to the back door of the image and adds depth. The architectural details of this image and orderliness of the equipment remain silent-who could ever imagine that this would be new normal. Good conversion to B&W with good range of tonal values including the "black" point of the ceiling fans! |

Les.. Nice depth of layers which suggest a foreground, middle ground and background; with each layer suggesting a different texture of leaves, sand and water. Like the side lighting on the right. Composition of the image is dead center, including the post of the fence. |

Isaac, good story telling image of a contortionist for sure. Thanks for including the "original" image in the sidebar, which to me is the more interesting image than the one submitted because it shows more of the man's face and the elbow is not as prominent. It also includes the shadow which has an interesting shape and fill the left corner of the frame. |
