You certinly achieved a "painterly" look and the colors are stunning.. As suggested, cropping out some of the trees would be helpful. Also, a little more brightness would be appealing. |

Suzanne, the 2.5 seconds is the interval between shots. The camera records nothing but black until the flash fires. |

Very well done Joe, A great summer scene. I agree with Martha. There is an overall blue cast which could easily be corrected. |

Very nice "Nightscape" shot. I have a similar photo from Utah that I will share in the future. My suggestion is that the Hoodoo and the sky should be a little brighter to better view the features. |

This is a great interpretation of the cross - great detail, color, and post-processing. Martha's version is definitely an improvement in brightness and detail. |

Sounds like you had a lot fun in Costa Rica. I have been there twice and have dozens of bird photos. You did not mention the name of this hummingbird. You did a great job in the capture and the post processing and Suzanne's suggestion is an improvement in reducing the background distractions. On my screen, the feather detail is a little soft which is probably caused by the autofocus not working at 100% efficiency. |

Very nice documentary photo. Brings back many memories for the generations that listened to their music. |
