Welcome to the group Ursula. This is a nicely composed documentary shot of the temple. The misty atmosphere does not help the contrast with the sky and the temple outline tends to blend in. The pedestrian is a little distracting as are the trees in the foreground. |

I really like the composition with the frame formed by the gnarled tree. As you pointed out, the grey-white sky is not helping the image. |

A very creative concept. I agree with Dolores on the flatness of the "picture." Also, the vertical black pipe on the left could possible be cropped out. |

This is a high impact image in monochrome and very appealing to the eye. I agree with Dick on the eye catchlights which look a little strange and the bright portion of the scarf should be reduced a little. The skin tonality is beautiful. Well done. |

Excellent composition and processing with the available light. I agree with your observation that perhaps sharpness could have been improved with a tripod. |
