You always impress me with your originality and willingness explore. Pamela mentioned the blue fringing but I'm not seeing it on my monitor. I'm curious if any of the others see it.
The nits I have with the processed version is there is kind of a reverse vignetting. The center of the images looks lighter than the borders. It might look better with a light vignetter where the borders fade to white.
The somewhat parallel trunks I find less interesting than in the original, which is my favorite. I like the shape of the trunks and how the leaves frame the top left and side. It just seems like a more dynamic composition to my eye.

Nice shot and the net hints at the story as to what is going on. The whites on the bird do look as if they were blown out. If they were, one way of dealing with it is to very lightly clone some color or texture from some nearby feathers. Alternatively, you could make a selection on the left side of the belly, flip it and blend it in on the right side with very feathered edges to the selection. |

Nice shot Pamela that begs the viewer to add the dialogue. I agree with Sharon but would also bring up the shadows just a hair on the birds bodies that are in shade, particularly the bird on the right. |

I agree with everyone's comments as well as your own, as I'd love to get an elk like this with it's breath showing. I like your crop and processing. One little think you might consider is to desaturate the yellow a little bit from the area under and just in front of the elk. To my eye it looks a little unnatural. Great shot. |

Thanks Judith. It's the generative AI that was added to Photoshop recently. It's pretty amazing. I made a loose selection around the out of focus leave and didn't provide any prompts. When you do that it deletes what was selected and replaces what it thinks should go there. |
