That's a good suggestion. Probably a 4 x 5 aspect ratio would work well. Thanks |

If the tree is soft that's a great idea. |

It looks like it's embossed onto the window. I read the story as "Let me in, it's raining out here!" I love the colors which go wonderfully together. Nice observation to share with us. I'm thinking about how it would look with the top cropped out. That bright green area may be competing with our star. |

Nice pelican. It looks like an alpha in full breeding color. The lighting is a bit challenging for me. High contrast is tough. I really like the spread tail feathers. The composition is also very nice. |

Lions are my favorite subject. This looks great. I like the crop you applied. His paw and expression are just wonderful. The only thing that bothers me came with the territory, no pupil in his left eye. Depending on your sensibilities you could duplicate the right eye and use part of it to add just a touch of pupil to to the left eye. You could even warp it to open it up a bit. Nitpicks. I might also include just a bit more of the log under him as that appears a bit tight to me. |

Thanks Lisa. Many of the birds I shoot are banded and I just consider it jewelry You did a great job getting rid of the distracting elements and the water looks nice. It is the contrasty light of the image that I believe most detracts from it. I brought it into lightroom and reduced the highlights, brought up the shadows and did a little different crop. |

I like this image a lot. I totally agree with your crop. In reaction to Larry's comment, I can't see the tree well enough to tell if it is sharp. At this resolution it looks sharp to my eyes. I think you could dodge and burn the wonderful cloud a bit, if that's in your arsenal, to bring out even more dimension and drama. Nice work. |

Very nice Sharon. I agree with everything Ally said. A perfect background. I liked that so much I thought I'd take a look at a more extreme crop. Not sure which I like better but I'm throwing it out there for your consideration. |
