Great idea and a very good realizition of our monthly theme. I agree with Barbara: You are the winner this month :-).
Welcome to our group. I am looking forward your next pictures. |

@Connie: Yes, these old places are really a "wonderland" for the camera :-).
@Gavin: This place is going through a renovation and parts of it are already used as event rooms. The last event was a street food event.
And yes, you are right - it is not a really fitting picture this month. But I was a bit lost with it. I agree with Barbara, we should have a rerun of this theme! |

I see, that it was not me alone, who struggled a bit with the monthly theme. Also this angle is giving the Teddy a boost. |

I am with Ally here about the "forced perspective", but like the picture nevertheless. It is like a Malboro theme, isn't it? ;-) |

Not an easy task - but you did well. Sadly I never drink any beer (yes, I knno - you can question my german heritage now! ;-)). But I could go with the cream alone ...! |

I am in with the suggestion to crop the left part - I would like the tree coming out of the left corner. I meddled a bit with your pictures - see the added one. And funny as it is, I was my own model a few weeks agon leaning against a tree - so there is a second picture.
But all in all I like your idea much! |

I have to admit, I struggled with this theme. I wished I would have had an idea like this. Well done. |

Thank you Ian, I thought I was the only one to see the "cirlce" - that was my intention to create! ;-)
About a nice sky I agree with you all :-). |

That's it what I like very much - to play with a picture. Make it swirl and vivid with colors. I like your creation. |

Well Tom, your first painting is working best for me. It has this water color touch and works so well with the feminine protrait here. |

Monchrome is giving this picture a fine dramatic touch and the lines are working good. Only the broken line is a bit disturbig because it is looking like it es "stabbing" into the cheeks. |

This scetching filter works well with the motive, although I am with Mark about a bit little less lines in the gentleman's face. |

Sometimes to have a great eye is the same as being creative. For me this is a perfect streetart shot. I wouldn't change a thing. |

A nice streetart-bicycle-shot ;-) - the colors here are making the image. And I agree with Art about the crop. |

Luckily your picture arrived, so we can enjoy it, because of this great catch of the flying bird. And I love the colors too! |

Good catch with this flying ball, Gabriele. And I like the three different face expressions. Maybe there is a way to tone the "red" in the face of the middle person a bit down? |
