12 Feb 18 Comment That is photography art for me, Barbara. I like it very much. With this walking pedastrian in red it is nearly perfect. I only would cut some of the shadows above the head - see the added picture. Feb 19th
12 Feb 18 Comment Thank you Connie; you did the right thing here. I like, how you cropped the picture. Feb 19th
12 Feb 18 Comment Yes, this is showing the typical downtown scene I would say + the nice mountain background = well done. I tried Richard's chopping out the lamps a bit more - does that work?

12 Feb 18 Comment A very lucky shot with this cloud window extra for the moon.
It was tough from you, to go to a night shooting without a tripod ;-).
And Barbara did a good shop with cutting out the frame; that was really a disctraction.

12 Feb 18 Comment These wind generator giants are looking good with this blue background - but is this really showing a downtown? Or this just the texan version of it? ;-)

12 Feb 18 Comment Great view, that you are showing us here. And thank you for the history explanation too. Like the others,I would crop out the truck. And Connie's suggestion with that try with the Original 2 shot is a good one. Feb 19th

18 Feb 18 Comment Wow - you definitely gave the picture a wonderful mysterious look. I love the colors and your first version is perfect for me. Or just give it the cut of your second version - but don't change other things. The original shows more lightness.

18 Feb 18 Comment I like this - it looks very arty. And the deer is worked out well. Maybe the contrasts could be a bit intensified. And because Peter mentioned the WOODcut effect, I tried out the Color lookup/Gold-Crimson from PS - it could be a nice way to put some color in the picture for a more rustic feeling? Feb 9th
18 Feb 18 Comment That's a great idea - simple, but perfect! But where are coming these darkened edges around the papcerclip from? Those I would eleminate.
And I am adding a bit cheered up version of your picture (using the Color lookup/Blacklight poster of PS).

18 Feb 18 Comment You worked out the rain, but for me I have to say I would prefer the colors and contrasts on the original photo. Feb 9th
18 Feb 18 Comment Well - this is some work for the eye, but in a good way!
At the first glimpse I thought the same like Ian. But then I recognized the forms and the longer I am looking, the more I like it. The blue patch I don't see as a distraction but an addition. And the shadows I see as a must to define the shapes. You shouldn't take this in the bin!

38 Feb 18 Comment A fine arrangement and I like this soft, dreamy touch to this picture - well done.
I played with it for a little variation.

38 Feb 18 Comment What a chance to get a shot at this partial aclipse. On our side we weren't so lucky. Cropping the picture to get the moon more into the center is a good suggestion. Feb 19th
38 Feb 18 Comment Great shot in light, and colors. You could exchange the faces in every order you want ;-). Feb 19th
38 Feb 18 Comment For me here isn't any more movement needed - this is a frozen moment, when hunter and prey are looking eye in eye! And therefor I would give a bit more sharpness to the fish's eye with PS - that would be perfect. Feb 19th
38 Feb 18 Comment I like, how this picture is showing the wide wing-span. You catched the right moment here. Feb 19th
38 Feb 18 Comment Wonderful shot - a picture for the wall, Rolf. I guess your son would like that. Feb 19th
38 Feb 18 Comment here are the two orignal photos coming Feb 10th
