This is a lovely peaceful image. I am glad you left some space on the right side. It makes the tree more prominent. The yellow foreground gives the image some contrast and punch. |

Great use of curves! The curved grasses really give you the feel of being on a beach. You have nice detail in the shadows and no "hot" spots in the highlights. |

Carole, I like your crop. It definitely gives the head of the snake more prominence. |

Great image! The red pot is a perfect center of interest. Since you see this scene every day try shooting it at different times of the day. A long shadow might be interesting or some backlight. Well done. |

This is a perfect subject for curves. I love the shell but feel the strong pattern on the marble wall competes and overpowers the shell. The wall is perfect for the mirror but I agree that using a solid color background might be a good idea. To make the image a square you could add canvas on top and bottom and use "contact aware" fill. |

The black and white rendition emphasizes the shapes and lines in the image. I agree with Connie on cropping out the pillar on the left. Adding more contrast and brightness would give the image more punch. |

You have created a very interesting graphic image. The placement of the arch is appealing and there is good detail in the foreground. I agree about toning down edges of the arch. |
